The invention relates to a method for producing a flat tube (1) comprising at least one web (2) which divides two chambers (3, 3'). It is essential to the invention that the at least one web (2), as a continuous strip material, is shaped by means of corresponding rollers (4) into the final form thereof, and is previously or subsequently integrally joined, at one end (5) to an at least one-part outer wall (7, 7a) of the flat tube (1); the outer wall (7) of the flat tube (1) is shaped into the end form thereof; the at least one web (2) is integrally joined at the other end (6) to the opposite outer wall (7, 7b) of the flat tube (1); simultaneously or subsequently, the at least one-part outer wall (7) is integrally closed along a longitudinal seam (10); and the flat tube (1) is cut to length. |
