PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power storage device capable of simply sealing a through-hole of a case, and a method of manufacturing the power storage device.SOLUTION: A power storage device is equipped with: an electrode assembly 20; an electrolyte 16; a case 12 storing the electrode assembly and electrolyte; a through-hoe 15 which communicates the inside and outside of the case 12; a deformed rivet 30 which seals the through-hole 15; and an inside gasket 40 in the case 12. A tip end 32a of the deformed rivet 30 is deformed so as to sandwich the inside gasket 40 between the deformed rivet 30 and a wall of the case 12, and so as to include the whole of the through-hole 15 when viewed from a penetrating direction D of the through-hole 15. An opening portion 40a of the inside gasket 40 coincides with the through-hole 15 or includes the whole of the through-hole 15 when viewed from the penetrating direction D.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
