PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring body that can suppress increase in electric resistance value of lead-out wiring layers.SOLUTION: A lead-out wiring layer 7 includes: a first straight part 74a that extends along a firs direction; a second straight part 74b that extends along a second direction; and a folding part 75 that mutually connects the first and second straight parts.
