PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow other network device to make unified control operations by providing in advance object (control information and image information used to instruct the control) control information to each network device and managing collectively the information. SOLUTION: An object (control information and image information used to instruct the control) specific to control a network device 951 connecting to a network 960 is stored in advance in each network device 951. A receiver 900 reads the object via the network 960 and displays image information used for the control by the user is displayed on a display screen 908. The user uses the image information to control other network device 951 via the network 960.
