PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to surely deliver a sheet-like article one by one from a sheet-like article storing container, and to suppress invasion of refuse, dust or the like into the container. SOLUTION: The sheet-like article storing container is equipped with a case main body A in which sheet-like articles D are piled up and stored and a slide member C is freely slidably fitted, a lid body B fitted to the case main body and on the top wall 10 of which a slide hole 13 for determining a range of movement of the slide member C, and an outlet the sheet-like article D between the case main body and the lid body. The case main body is equipped with rails 6a and 6b guiding the slide member C on the inner faces of both sides. The slide member C is equipped with a pressing slide part 20, a slide plate deformable by pressing, and leg parts sliding on the top faces of the rails. By pressing the slide member C, the slide plate is bent toward the inside of the case main body, and the lower end of the pressing slide part is brought into contact with the uppermost face of the sheet-like article to project the sheet-like article on the uppermost face from the outlet.
