<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an electrode plate for a lead-acid battery hardly generating cutting failure in a slitting process cutting a part of a protrusion 5 for suspension of a double electrode plate 8 or a joining part 7. <P>SOLUTION: A share-shaped upper blade 1 and a share-shaped lower blade 2 are used as a rotary knife 23 cutting the protrusion 5 for suspension of the double electrode plate 8. The share-shaped upper blade 1 is installed on the outside and the share-shaped lower blade 2 is installed on the inside, the position in the height direction in cutting of the share-shaped upper blade 1 is set in the position lower than the position in the height direction of an electrode plate 3 being cut, and the protrusion 5 for suspension is cut while the protrusion 5 is pressed from the upper part with a rotary type press roller 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
