PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical tube set with a stilet, which is capable of improving the inserting property of a tube while the operation is facilitated. SOLUTION: The medical tube set includes a tube and a stilet 20 for improving the inserting property of the tube. Further, the stilet 20 are composed of an inner core 21 capable of being inserted through the tube, a tip 22 fixed at the tip part of the inner core 21, and a spherical movable and extensible member 23 which can be moved between the tip 22 of the inner core 21 and a stopper 24 provided apart from the tip 22 by a predetermined distance. Additionally, an engaging recess capable of engaging with the tip of the tube is formed at the rear end of the tip 22. Furthermore, the movable and extensible member 23 is placed in the tip of the tube and then the tip of the tube is expanded in the outer peripheral direction and so the tip 22 can be passed through it.
