PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torsional damper capable of restraining leakage of a filled viscous fluid. SOLUTION: A ring member 52 is arranged on the outer periphery of a damper mass 20 so as to cover an outer end surface of the damper mass 20 and an O ring 50. The ring member 52 is formed of an annular plate, and is formed in a diameter of exactly fitting the damper mass 20 inside. The ring member 52 is respectively engaged with caulking cutouts 24AK and 24BK, by bending both end parts 52A and 52B in the outer peripheral width direction of the damper mass 20 to the inside in the radial direction.
