The present invention relates to a functional fabric having contact and absorption coolness. More specifically, the present invention relates to a functional fabric having contact and absorption coolness, which is woven by twisting triacetate and quick-drying thread together. According to the present invention, the functional fabric exhibits excellent cooling function by absorbing and evaporating sweat, while having a soft texture with gloss, thereby satisfying aesthetic and functional properties as a clothing material.
