Disclosed are a smart cruise control system and an information display method thereof. According to an aspect of the present invention, the smart cruise control system comprises: a target vehicle selection unit selecting a target vehicle to be a following target of a driver′s vehicle by using inputted sensor data; a driving condition determination unit determining a driving condition between surrounding vehicles except for the target vehicle and the driver′s vehicle; and a display control unit controlling a display of information with respect to the driving condition between the surrounding vehicles and the driver′s vehicle.
