PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable blood coagulation tests using a microchannel to enhance the sensitivity of measurement.SOLUTION: At a step S101, a coagulation reagent to which a refraction index adjuster that enhances the refraction index of a coagulation activator is added is made ready; at a step S102, in a state in which portions adjoining one another arrayed in a series in the extending direction of a channel are flowing in the channel, a specimen containing blood plasma and the coagulation reagent are introduced into the channel with the coagulation reagent coming first; and at a step S103, in a process passing measuring positions, provided on the way of the channel, in the order of the coagulation reagent, the contact region between the coagulation reagent and the specimen, and the specimen itself, the refraction indexes of the coagulation reagent and the contact region are measured in a time series.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
