发明名称 ROTATING MECHANISM FOR WORK HEAD OF LASER WELDING MACHINE
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the assembling reliability of the work and to make contribution to speeding up an assembling machine by employing two sets of friction drives using the body of the assembling machine as a driving source and incorporating a synchronous rotating mechanism into the upper friction driving mehanism. CONSTITUTION:The driving force of an assembling machine 40 is transmitted via a timing belt 43 to an intermediate shaft 45. The rotating force of the shaft 45 is transmitted via timing belts 15 to a spindle 11 and a work head 6 for holding the work provided to an index table 5 by means of two sets of upper and lower friction drives. A prime moving gear 50 and a prime moving wheel 51 as well as a driven gear 52 and a driven wheel 53 are mounted to the revolving shaft 16 in the above-described friction driving mechanism and the spindle 11 to revolve the shaft 41 and the spindle shaft 11a synchronously. Welding signals are outputted at desired rotating angles by a detection head 22 and a detection plate 21, and laser is irradiated at arbitrary points to the materials to be welded under rotation whereby said materials are welded.
