The present invention relates to a touch sensor and a manufacturing method therefor and, more specifically, to a touch sensor and a manufacturing method therefor, the touch sensor comprising: a separation layer; an electrode pattern layer including a sensing electrode located on the separation layer, and a pad electrode located on one end of the sensing electrode; a printed circuit board connected to the pad electrode; and a base film adhered to the sensing electrode and to a pad region of the printed circuit board, thereby facilitating pattern layer formation and inhibiting damage to the pad region.
