Provided is a distillation apparatus, which suppresses adhesion of impurities on a heat transfer tube surface, and is capable of suppressing deterioration of heat transfer efficiency, and performing stable operations. This distillation apparatus heats a mixed liquid containing a plurality of components, and separates one component out of the components. The distillation apparatus is characterized by being provided with: a heating section that vaporizes the one component; and a cooling section for precipitating other components. |
