摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a material having good frictional and wear characteristics and excellent mechanical strengths and heat resistance by using as the constituents a polyacetal resin, a silicate composite consisting of a swelling phyllosilicate and an organoammonium ion compound, and an isocyanate compound. SOLUTION: The composite material contains (A) 100 pts.wt. polyacetal resin, (B) 0.01-100 pts.wt. silicate composite consisting of a swelling phyllosilicate and an organoammonium ion compound, and (C) 0.01-20 pts.wt. isocyanate compound, and if necessary, a coloring agent, a lubricant, a surface active agent and the like. The component B consists of a swelling phyllosilicate comprising, e.g. smectite or mica, and an organoammonium ion compound represented by the formula: R1R2R3R4N+. Examples of component C include 1,6-hexamethylene diisocyanate and diphenylmethane diisocyanate. In the formula, R1 to R4 are each a 1-40C alkyl, H or (CH2CH2O)nR5; R5 is a 1-5C alkyl or H; and n is 1 or greater.
