PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of an automatic greasing device and a getting-on/out step capable of enhancing the mounting workability and the flexibility of the design by changing the mounting position of the automatic greasing device. SOLUTION: In the mounting structure, a bracket to mount a getting-on/out step on a frame comprises a first divided bracket connected to the frame and a second divided bracket connected thereto. An automatic greasing device is mounted on the first divided bracket, the getting-on/out step is mounted on the second divided bracket, and the strength of the second divided bracket is set to be less than that of the first divided bracket.
