PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine-spraying apparatus capable of finely controlling the spraying amount and also supplying the medicine by a definite amount continuously. SOLUTION: This medicine-spraying apparatus is provided with a tank for storing the medicine, and a spraying part for spraying the medicine supplied from the tank under the tank, and also a rotor 13 for adjusting the amount of medicine supplied from the tank as a desired amount in between the tank and spraying part. The medicine of which amount is adjusted by the rotor 13 is sprayed by a spinner for spraying. A rotary amount-adjusting device has the rotor 13 and a rotary shaft 13E projectingly provided at the rotating center of the rotor 13, a medicine-filling groove 13a for filling the medicine is formed at the outer circumference 13b of the rotor 13, and the medicine-filling groove 13a is formed by having a definite angleθagainst the rotary shaft 13E.
