A device for characteristics control of gas-discharge electrons source comprises an electron source comprising a body, a first and second cold electrode located in alignment with the cylindrical anode, an expander and an electrode, which serves for electron beam extraction. The cathode and the anode are separated with insulators and are provided with water cooling, a source of high-voltage power, a magnetic focusing system and a beam deflector being fixed from both sides of a laser beam guide with resonator SHF-system. The resonator SHF-system comprises an anode connected with a collector, and a reflector secured to the anode, at the end of the said system a coupling element is brought in, which is connected in the control system. The first cold cathode is made as a cathode with a concave surface, radius of curvature of which is equal to a distance from cathode to an electrode that serves for electronic beam extraction. |
