A variable intercooler of a vehicle is provided to prevent decrease of efficiency and improve durability of a turbocharger and performance of an engine by installing a bypass valve to cool high temperature compressed air and by preventing clogging of the intercooler due to blocking an oil deposit. A variable intercooler of a vehicle comprises an intake pipe(10) inhaling compressed air from a turbocharger, a cooling pipe(14) cooling the air flowing through the intake pipe, an exhaust pipe(12) allowing the cooled air to flow from the cooling pipe to an engine, a surge tank(16) installed between the cooling pipe and separating the cooling pipe into two parts, a bypass pipe(18) connected to an inlet of the intake pipe and the surge tank, an opening/closing valve(20) opening the bypass pipe when the temperature of the compressed air flowing into the intake pipe is higher than the temperature at which an oil deposit occurs, a control part to control the opening/closing valve and a vane.
