An edible oil composition capable of improving a specific smell of the edible oil is provided to enable a user to intake fish oil having a useful fat ingredient such as DHA and EPA easily. An edible oil composition capable of improving a specific smell of the edible oil comprises a first oil and a second oil. The second oil is selected from one group consisting of citrus oil, grapefruit oil, orange oil, sour orange oil, and lemon oil. The 0.1-30wt% of second oil is added to the 100wt% of first oil. The first oil is selected from one group consisting of refined fish oil, embryo oil, conjugated linoleic acid, green-lipped mussel oils, linseed oil, safflower oil, corn oil, olive oil, alkoxy glycerol, gamma-linolenic acid, grape seed oil, and sunflower oil. |
