PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic-containing liquid fuel water quality improvement filtering device for circulating a fuel in a liquid fuel storage tank, in a ceramic-containing container multiple times. SOLUTION: In this ceramic-containing liquid fuel water quality improvement filtering device, the ceramic-containing container is disposed, the liquid fuel in the liquid fuel storage tank is allowed to pass through the container to drive and combust an engine, a bypass pipe is disposed, the ceramic-containing container is disposed on the way of a bypass return pipe, and the fuel is allowed to pass in the container to enter into the tank.
