PURPOSE: An elastic member and a supporting member for improving the feeling of wearing and a hat including the same as are provided to obtain the different elastic force and accept the various head circumference and easily keep and hand-carry. CONSTITUTION: The elastic member for improving the feeling of wearing includes a visor part(10) for protecting from sunlight; a wearing part(20) for covering the head circumference; a receiving part formed of a thin plastic plate of a band shape and the hard fabric in the inner space of the wearing part; a first elastic member(51) roasted toward the predetermined curvature; a second elastic member(52) roasted toward the predetermined curvature; and a first support part for forming the elastic member receiving part.
