The present invention relates to a diaphragm for a focusing ellipsometer for minimizing the distribution of incident angles. The diaphragm for a focusing ellipsometer comprises an opening part which has a certain zenith angle range and a certain azimuth angle range and is formed in a spherical shape, thereby remarkably reducing the distribution of incident angles. |
