PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a welding device by which a structure can be simplified and manufacturing cost can be reduced, and multipoint welding can stably and highly precisely be performed. SOLUTION: This welding device is provided with a lower electrode part 5, an upper electrode part 6 and a cooling water circulation flow passage 14 for circulatively supplying cooling water to a welding electrode pressing cylinder gun 13 of the upper electrode part 6. Also, a check valve 15 is arranged on the upstream side than the cylinder gun 13 in the cooling water circulation flow passage 14. Further, a booster 16 is arranged on the downstream side than the cylinder gun 13 in the cooling water circulation flow passage 14, and by pressuring the cooling water in the flow passage 14 to the check valve 15 via the cylinder gun 13 from the booster 16, the cylinder gun 13 is extended and welding is performed.
