In a fuel bottle (10) for a fuel cell comprising a bottle body (12) being filled with fuel for a fuel cell and blow molded to have a substantially elliptical transverse section at the body section, with a coupler connectable to the fuel cell body side being attached to a nozzle portion (11) at the tip, the body section of the bottle body (12) is molded to have such a shape that the distances (L1, L2) from the center (On) of a nozzle portion in the frontward and rearward short axis directions are different on the substantially elliptical transverse section. Consequently, movable space of a push button is secured when the fuel bottle (10) is contained in a hard case while a required capacity is secured. Furthermore, pinch portions (13, 14) are molded to project outward from the low drawing portion of the bottle body (12) so that adhering portion of the pinch portions (13, 14) is increased and adhesion strength is enhanced.
