PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lip cosmetic composition which is smoothly transferred to an applicator from the beginning of use, leaves less composition in a container after the use, has a good storage stability at high temperature, does not deteriorate glossy finish, prevents the lips from drying, and has excellent moisturizing property which lasts for a long period of time.SOLUTION: A lip cosmetic composition includes the following ingredients (A), (B), and (C): (A) 10-30 mass% of a solid hydrocarbon wax having a penetration degree of 15 or more and 110 or less at 25°C; (B) 30-60 mass% of oily matter which is liquid at 25°C including at least both (B1) a hydrocarbon oil and (B2) a polar oil, such that the mass ratio (B1)/(B2) is from 5 to 30; and (C) 0.1-5 mass% of a dextrin fatty acid ester. The lip cosmetic composition has a penetration hardness at 30°C with a 10 mm&phgr; cylindrical plunger of 4-200 gf. |
