PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stop cock device with a pressure regulating function which is capable of suppressing generation of abnormal sound in passage of water while comprising pressure regulating and water stopping functions together, a faucet device with the same and a hot water/water mixing faucet device.SOLUTION: The stop cock device with the pressure regulating function comprises: a stop cock member including a screw part which is threaded within a water passage, a rotary shaft part and a stop valve element part for opening/closing an inflow-port; a pressure regulating valve including a pressure regulating valve element which is formed approximately tubular so as to surround the outer periphery of the rotary shaft part and the stop valve element part in the stop cock member, and a pressure regulating spring provided inside of the pressure regulating valve element; and a stop cock guide member mounted to the stop cock member and the pressure regulating valve which are mounted to the water passage, so as to be removable from the outside in an axial direction. When the water passage is switched to a water passing state, in the stop cock device, the screw part of the stop cock member is threaded within the water passage, and an operating part of the stop cock member and the stop cock guide member are abutted. |
