PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a luminaire which easily makes electric connection and enables stable connection, and to provide a light fitting.SOLUTION: According to one embodiment, a luminaire includes: a light-emitting part; and a holding part which is detachably connected to the light-emitting part and includes first and second electrodes. The light-emitting part includes: first and second holding members; a light-emitting panel including first and second pad parts; and a first connection member and a second connection member. The first connection member includes a first end part and a second end part. The first end part is electrically connected with the first pad part. The second end part is arranged side by side with the light-emitting panel. The second connection member includes a third end part and a fourth end part. The third end part is electrically connected with the second pad part. The fourth end part is arranged side by side with the light-emitting panel and the second end part. When the light emitting part is connected with the holding part, the second end part contacts with the first electrode and the fourth end part contacts with the second electrode.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
