<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a leakage current of an inorganic EL element without changing the structure of the inorganic EL element, in a connection structure for connecting the inorganic EL element and a driving circuit via wiring. <P>SOLUTION: The inorganic EL element 10 is formed on a glass substrate 11 wherein a pair of insulating layers 13, 15 sandwiches a luminescent layer 14 from both sides and a pair of electrodes 12, 16 sandwiches them from their outside. A connection part of the wiring 30 of a first electrode 12 and a driving circuit 20 is electrically connected by capacity coupling in a state where an insulation layer 40 for a capacitor used as a capacitor made of same material as a second insulation layer 15 for structuring the inorganic EL element 10 is inserted in series between the wiring 30 and the driving circuit 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
