PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging equipment for roll bale reducing space for installing a cutting machine for cutting film to wrap a roll bale and certainly cutting the film. SOLUTION: The invention relates to the packaging equipment for a roll bale R taking in a roll bale R and wrapping with a film F then discharging, provided with a lower arm member 44 and an upper arm member 45 linked as mutually freely rotatable to clip and cut the film F, pivoting the lower arm member 44 on the body 1 to be coupled to a tractor, pivoting the upper arm member 45 on the lower arm member 44, installing a cylinder 51 between the body 1 and the lower arm member 44 to rotate relatively, and a link mechanism 52 to rotate the upper arm member 45 relative linked to the rotation of the lower arm member 44 between the body 1 and the upper arm member 45.
