According to the present invention, provided is a cyclone and air bubble-type rice washing apparatus with a wash water separating body, which prevents grains of rice from cracking and secures enhanced washing performance by consistently supplying air bubbles and using a cyclone means, and which can collect wash water to reuse the same and can automatically obtain water used to wash rice according to needs. According to a preferable embodiment of the present invention, the cyclone and air bubble-type rice washing apparatus with the wash water separating body comprises: a rice washing nozzle connected to a water pressure source, and having a front end orifice and a rear end orifice to increase the speed of wash water and reduce pressure; a washed rice-collecting three-way valve having an inlet connected to the rice washing nozzle, and selecting one outlet of first and second outlets according to the position of switching; a cyclone-type rice washing body which has an inlet connected to the first outlet of the three-way valve and an outlet connected to the rice washing nozzle, receives the wash water to cause an eddy and wash rice, and separates the rice and the wash water by a difference in specific gravity while reinjecting the separated rice into the rice washing nozzle and floating suspended matter and the wash water; a washed rice collecting basket connected to the second outlet of the three-way valve to collect grains of the rice washed by the cyclone-type rice washing body; and the cyclone-type wash water separating body connected to the cyclone-type rice washing body to separate a foreign substance and reused water by a difference in specific gravity.
