The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a beverage having pumpkin tendril as a main ingredient, and to a pumpkin tendril mixed beverage manufactured by the method. More specifically, the present invention relates to a pumpkin tendril beverage with improved marketability, the palatability, the mouthfeel, and to a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method of the present invention comprises: an ingredient preparation process (S10); an ingredient drying process (S20); an ingredient mixing process (S30); a heating and concentrating process (S40); and a packaging process (S50). |
