The present disclosure relates to a control implementation method and apparatus for an intelligent hardware device, which are intended to simplify control operations of a user on the intelligent hardware device. The method comprises: acquiring relevant information of at least one intelligent hardware device via a pre-set intelligent home internet-of-things protocol when it is determined that a user conducts a first pre-set operation on a control key on a lock screen interface of a terminal device in a lock screen state, and displaying the relevant information on the control interface; and conducting control corresponding to a second pre-set operation on the intelligent hardware device via the intelligent home internet-of-things protocol when it is detected that the user controls the second pre-set operation relevant to any intelligent hardware device on the control interface. The technical solutions of the present disclosure can avoid re-entry into a corresponding intelligent hardware application program for control over the intelligent hardware device after the user unlocks the terminal device, simplify a control operation process for the intelligent hardware device, and conveniently control the intelligent hardware device under the lock screen state of the terminal device. |
