PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect the temperature of an object to bring a sensor into contact therewith or the ambient temperature and to surely detect an applied load even when the sensor is brought into contact with an object of which the temperature is equal to that of the sensor.SOLUTION: A tactile sensor comprises a sensitive part in a rubber-like or sponge-like elastic body. The sensitive part includes a magnet, a first hole element generating a hole voltage which is substantially fixed with respect to the temperature, and a second hole element of which the hole voltage has temperature dependency. The second hole element is buried in the vicinity of a surface of the elastic body and while the first element and the magnet are separated and corresponding mutually from the second hole element to the inside of the elastic body, further, they are buried in the order of the magnet and the first hole element or in the order of the first hole element and the magnet. The first hole element is caused to detect a distance between the first hole element and the magnet, and the second hole element is caused to detect a temperature in the vicinity of the surface of the elastic body. |
