A battery protection apparatus, for preventing a battery from being damaged, comprising: an overload protection module (102), configured to disconnect, when it is detected that an input current exceeds a pre-set first threshold, from a relay module (101); a high-voltage protection module (103), configured to disconnect, when it is detected that a voltage exceeds a pre-set voltage threshold, from the relay module (101); a reverse connection protection module (105), configured to disconnect, when it is detected that a battery is reversely connected to a used object device, from the relay module (101); a first low-voltage protection module (106), configured to disconnect, when it is detects that the voltage of the battery is lower than a pre-set second threshold, from the relay module (101); and a high-temperature protection module (104), configured to disconnect, when it is detects that a chip included by the high-temperature protection module is high-level, from the relay module (101). Thus, regardless of any one of situations such as over-high battery voltage, over-low voltage, overload current, over-high temperature and reverse battery connection, the battery protection apparatus can be disconnected from a relay, thereby preventing a battery from being damaged, preventing the battery from being exploded, and guaranteeing the safety of a user. |
