PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorber washing article including a scrim which consists of a porous absorbent body, a woven fabric base material and pile fibers woven into the woven fabric base material, by which the bottom surface of the woven fabric base material is adhered to face the absorber with an adhesive or by embedment into the absorber and is adhered to the one surface of the porous absorbent body. SOLUTION: The washing article is formed by including the absorber which is preferably regenerated cellulose sponge adhered with a woven fabric including the woven fabric base material 11 and the pile fibers 14 woven into the woven fabric base material on one surface. The pile fibers 14 form a washing surface having an improved nature of not forming scratching flaws and an improved washing characteristic. The nature of not forming the scratching flaws results from the non-inclusion of the ore polishing material or curing resin bonded to the fibers of the nonwoven scrim.
