PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent noncormities of an electrical apparatus due to heat by suppressing the increase of temperature in a control box. SOLUTION: A motor-driven fan 3 comprises an impeller on a drive side having a permanent magnet on the drive side arranged in the vicinity of a partition plate 2 formed of a nonmagnetic substance. A driven fan 4 is provided with an impeller 13 on the driven side and a disc 14 on the driven side fixed at the impeller 13 on the driven side and arranged in the vicinity of a partition plate 2. The disc 14 is formed of a nonmagnetic conduction material having a magnetic body part. The impeller 13 on the driven side is rotated following the impeller 8 on the drive side, in such a way that during the rotation of the impeller 8 on the drive side, the magnetic body part of the disc 14 receives a magnetically attracting force from the permanent magnet part on the drive side, and an eddy current is generated at the nonmagnetic conduction body part 16 of the disc 14 through electromagnetic induction, based on the movement of the permanent magnet on the drive side and receives the eddy current force.
