PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid supplying device for machine tool capable of being miniaturized by reducing a height dimension and avoiding an increase in scale of the whole of the machine. SOLUTION: A rotary union 70 is made one in which a second cylindrical union member 73 is relatively rotatably inserted into a first cylindrical union member 72. A plurality of first and second channels 75a to 75c, 74a to 74c formed on the first and second union members 72 and 73 are communicated by peripheral grooves 76a to 76c formed on sliding surfaces of both of the union members 72, 73, the first union member 72 is fixed to a tool rest main body 11, an outflow port of each channel 75a to 75c is communicated and connected with coolant passages 61 to 63, each inflow port 78a to 78c of the second union member 73 is connected with a coolant hose (fluid supply pipe) 79 from a fluid supply source and each inflow port 78a to 78c is formed so as to be substantially flush with the second union member 73.
