PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the challenges as to why elements in each of stars of a first generation same as that of the sun have not gathered to the sun, whether hydrogen clouds or dark matters has gathered to a neutron star, and further, why a galaxy does not collide against another galaxy due to an attraction force while it has a large mass. SOLUTION: The orbits of each electric photon and magnetic photon generated in the neutron star as a base of the sun is obtained by 1.058×10<SP>-10</SP>m÷the neutron star A=1.058×10<SP>-10</SP>m÷(2.029×10<SP>5</SP>)=5.217×10<SP>-16</SP>m. The dark matter contains loves of rotating electrons and loves of rotating protons. The love of each of rotating electrons is obtained by 10<SP>-10</SP>m×273°C<SP>1/2</SP>=1.652×10<SP>-9</SP>m1.652×10<SP>-9-8</SP>m=1.652×10<SP>-17</SP>m. The electric photons encapsulate and activate the dark matter. Then, the photons gather to the neutral star.
