<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of lowering of catalyst life due to acceleration of vaporization of catalyst such as platinum, palladium or the like carried on a wire mesh catalyst. <P>SOLUTION: Cooling air can be introduced to the surface of the wire mesh catalyst, whereby the temperature of the wire mesh catalyst can be kept moderate to thereby restrain vaporization of catalyst such as platinum, palladium or the like carried on the wire mesh catalyst. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
