PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing salt, a method for manufacturing water or fluid materials, a method for planting bean sprouts, a water purifier for purifying water or fluid materials, a method for manufacturing healthful materials based on water or fluid materials, and an eco-friendly treating system for the same are provided to eliminate microorganisms and bacteria from water based on the impact reaction of a brush unit. CONSTITUTION: Brushes(9) continuously rotate to continuously supply water to a first water tank(3) by opening a first adjusting valve(77) in combination with a first introducing pipe(7). A second adjusting valve(2) is adjusted to supply purified water from the first water tank to a second water tank(1). Remaining water is continuously discharged to the outside. The brushes are arranged in a first separating hole(4) and a second separating hole(5) which are arranged in the first water tank.
