PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow access to case blocks of a plurality of stages from a surface for improved usage efficiency for the installation space of a device by providing a notch part for housing wiring on the rear surface of a case while a cover on the rear surface of the notch part, and forming a fixing part and rotation part of wiring at the notch part. SOLUTION: A pair of cases 5 in which an electronic circuit unit is housed is fitted to a frame body 1 with a hinge for biparting. On the rear surface of the case 5, an external cable housing part (notch part) 2 in which a wiring for connection to the electronic circuit unit is housed is formed. The wiring comprises a fixing part 8 housed in a cable housing part 2 and a movable part 9 which deforms according to the swinging of the case 5 on the hinge around an axis. Case blocks 10 stacked in a plurality of stages can be accessed from a front surface while the case 5 is swung to an open position around the hinge axis. The external cable housing part 2 is provided with a cover which is detachable in vertical direction, allowing guiding of an external cable 4.
