The method involves implementing multiple virtual sections by the liver vascular tree (1) in multiple cutting planes and cutting angles under evaluation of the liver residual volumes and are stored as entry in a data base. The section is determined by matching of data of the 2D-ultrasonic section images with the entries, which has a maximum of liver residual volumes by complete liver tumor section. The evaluation of the liver residual volumes carried out due to considering the formation of the operative liver vascular tree. |
