An ultrasonic automatic washer for plate shaped members is provided to prevent cleaning water from being wasted by feeding cleansing water only to an area around which an ultrasonic vibrator moves. An ultrasonic automatic washer for plate shaped members comprises a base panel(8), a fixing block(10), a cleaning water distributing pipe(16), a cleansing water pump, a vibrator, an actuating unit(42), a control unit, an input unit, and an output unit. The base panel is inclined. The fixing block is installed to the front surface of the base panel and supports a metal mask(12). The cleaning water distributing pipe is located over the base panel and injects cleaning water to the metal mask through a nozzle(14). The cleaning water pump feeds cleaning water to the cleaning water distributing pipe. The vibrator is spaced apart from the metal mask, attached to a movable block(36), and installed on the base panel. The actuator moves the movable block provided with the vibrator. The control unit is connected to the cleaning water pump, the vibrator, and the actuator and sends commands to them. The input unit and the output unit are connected to the control unit.
