<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an isolator device having a simple structure and securing a high level of safety, that can maintain a high level of a sterile and dust-free condition as a sterile isolator and can highly prevent the leakage of chemical substances and microorganisms etc. to the outside environment as a containment isolator. <P>SOLUTION: The isolator device is provided with: a work chamber; an air-supply unit for supplying a unidirectional flow of air from the top to the bottom within the work chamber; and an air discharge unit for discharging the unidirectional flow of air from the bottom of the work chamber. The isolator device is further provided with: a dividing wall provided along the unidirectional flow of air parallel to the peripheral walls of the work chamber; and an elongated air discharge opening formed through the bottom plane of the work chamber and opening along the widthwise direction of the lower end of the dividing wall and below the lower end. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
