The tool carrier (4) and the counterweight (7) can be simultaneously rigidly clamped by a clamping component (8) which has a screw engaging between them. Also the adjusting screw (11) of the fine adjustment mechanism (3) can be simultaneously clamped. The clamping component extends at right angles to the rotational axis of the head (1). The force transmission device has a toothed roller (12) rotatable in the tool body (2) and meshing with the counterweight and tool carrier.
