PLATE CYLINDER BLOCK COPY FOR INTAGLIO PRINTER, ITS MANUFACTURE AND BLOCK PLATE FOR PROCESSING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manufacture a block copy with desired recess and projection processed by using a processed plate manufactured beforehand together with an integrated block copy, winding them on a cylinder of a processing grinder, and grinding in the manufacture of the block copy with desired recesses and projections to be used for an intaglio template cylinder of an intaglio printer. SOLUTION: For forming desired recesses and projections, a block copy manufacturing plate 6 so constituted as to provide the reverse positions of the thickness corresponding to respective recess and projection positions of a block copy 1' is manufactured beforehand, and the plate cylinder block copy 1' of the intaglio printer is manufactured by overlapping the template on the block copy 1' and winding them on a processing cylinder and grinding, and also the constitution of the processing template is provided.
