<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a joining pipe attachable to a joining pipe attaching part of a joint body, by restraining insertion resistance by strain to the joining pipe attaching part having a diameter of a true circle by a true circle correction of a joining pipe inner diameter and simultaneously stabilizing instability of installation by a burr and a horizontal error of a cutting surface by close contact insertion and compacted tension of a joining pipe wall. <P>SOLUTION: A tapered surface having a maximum diametrical expansive part for gradually diametrically expanding toward the base part side and becoming a maximum diameter for allowing insertion into a joining pipe inner diameter, is formed up to a seal member setting part from the tip of a joining pipe A inserting part of the joining pipe attaching part 11.
