<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shoe improved in structural integrity between the top surface and the bottom surface. <P>SOLUTION: The method and apparatus provide a shoe having an outsole formed of one part with a heel, a top surface and a bottom surface, an anchoring mechanism displaced on the heel, having a flat side surface conformable to the shape of the heel and an opposite curved side surface and having dimensions to receive at least two fasteners disposed between the top surface and the bottom surface; an instep leather; and a tuck sewn to the instep. The tuck anchors the instep leather to the outsole, and at least two fasteners are extended from the instep leather through the tuck fitted to the instep to the anchoring mechanism, thereby anchoring the instep leather to the anchoring mechanism for securing the upper to the outsole. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
