The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating cancer. More particularly, the pharmaceutical composition comprises an exo-biopolymer produced by Ceriporia lacerata, a Ceriporia lacerata mycelium culture medium comprising the exo-biopolymer, a dried powder of the mycelium culture medium, or an extract of the mycelium culture medium as effective components. The composition is useful for preventing or treating various cancers.
